Update from Rwanda

Last week, teapig Rosie received a lovely email from Marc, a student in Rwanda who has been able to study thanks to sponsorship raised from the donations that have come from our lovely teapigs customers. Your donations help support all the residents at the Noel Orphanage in Rwanda, from babies right up to the older young adults who we have been able to sponsor and help with their education. The orphanage sits opposite where we source the black tea for our everyday brew.

Here’s an excerpt of Marc’s email, it makes us feel so happy and proud and shows just what a difference your generous donations make:

Hello, my name is Marc from Rwanda. I was surprised to hear that I had got a sponsor - I'm so happy to have you! I'm a student at university and I’m doing economics – I will send you some pictures. I received your gift, a very beautiful small bag with ‘teapigs’ written on it. Just to thank you very much for accepting to choose me. Thank you for your help, God bless you. Marc
